Do you ever worry about what would happen if your child ever had an emergency and couldn't communicate that he/she has a medical condition that may compromise their health if the emergency personnel or first responders are not aware?
Based on feedback from friends and clients, TLC Safety By Design® has developed this 32 Pt. THICK card stock “Attention! My Child Has A Medical Condition In Case of Emergency (ICE) ID wallet card, with room to write his or her pertinent information that will alert emergency personnel to contact the ICE person.
Many children have afflictions such as asthma, seizures, deaf (hard of hearing), epilepsy, diabetes or are on the Autism Spectrum where inaction could possibly be fatal if the condition is not known!
These cards attach easily to their backpack, the zipper of their jacket or clipped to their pants or other clothing and are bright enough to catch the attention of the adult in charge.
They are definitely vital cards to have in your child’s possession or on their person!
• HELP TO ENSURE THEIR PROTECTION & SAFETY: If they are in a situation where they are hurt and can’t speak, this card can do the talking for them. On the front of the card, there is room to either write or use a label maker to record their medical condition(s). On the back of the card, there is a place to fill out their name, contact person’s name and phone number, their doctor’s name and phone number and their medical conditions, blood type and medications.
• HELPS FIRST RESPONDERS TO BE AWARE OF THEIR MEDICAL CONDITION(S): First responders will know who they are and any medical condition(s), blood type and medications they are taking so that the responders can perform treatment without compromising your health.
• 100% MADE IN THE U.S.A. 32 PT. CARD STOCK WEIGHT – OUR THICKEST EVER: The card is weighty and durable – about as thick as a quarter! Their vivid color scheme is very bright and eye catching to emergency personnel and first responders.
• DESIGNED BY A PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER WHO IS ALSO A MOTHER: I designed these cards with my own family’s safety in mind. Display your cards prominently – in their wallet or phone pouch, attached to their backpack, the zipper of their jacket or clipped to their pants or other clothing.
