Terms and Conditions

Wholesale/bulk discounting is available with a minimum quantity ordering threshold. Certain items may not be available for wholesale purchasing and are subject to availability. Once approved, a wholesale/bulk order price quote will be emailed to you. For resellers, we stipulate that our products will be only be sold in your bricks-and-mortar physical location(s) or on your company's website (which will be subject to approval). Once approved, your company's website selling price must meet the stipulated Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).

 Any selling via online marketplaces (not limited to but including Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, Target, Petsmart, Petco, Chewy, Bonanza, Alibaba) or reselling to other retailers is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this stipulation will rescind your privileges from future wholesale purchases.  Any applicable sales tax will be waived if a valid resale certificate is provided.
